Return requests for products must be submitted within 14 days of receipt (based on the logistics delivery time). Requests made after this period
will not be accepted.
The product must be in a brand-new, unused condition with complete tags, packaging, and no damage, stains, odors, or other issues that
would affect secondary sales.
